Sharing Our Couples Goal Setting Process!

I don't know that I have had anything saved, shared, and asked for as much as Jon and I's couples goal setting process has been recently. So today 🪄 your wish is my command!

Instead of a regular newsletter describing our process, I've made you a downloadable worksheet so that you can go through it with your partner.

(I thought about making it printable with lines - but in reality, do people print things anymore? You can use it with paper/journal/google doc - however your brain likes to do things!)

CLICK HERE TO GET THE WORKSHEET (for freesies!)

To go with the worksheet - Jon and I walked through an in depth process of how we used this process last year to reach our goals of moving to NYC, Jon quitting his job, how it actually improved our relationship, and helped me move forward with my true passion in my business!

AND how we used it to set ourselves up for 2025 (and you even get to hear about our goals)

You can listen on the podcast:

Listen to this learning (with more detail and commentary) on the podcast:

Or, if you like to watch, you can check it out on my new YouTube channel here!

You’ve got this! And we’ve got you!

TRULY!

We want to know what goals you set, how it is going, and to celebrate with you when you reach them!

Send us a DM on IG (where we both usually hang out) and keep us up to date!

Until Next Week, Later Alligator,

Kayla

p.s. If you are looking for support in your goals this year - no matter what they are, I have 1:1 coaching spots available.

Some things I've helped 1:1 clients with in 2024 are:

  • going full time in their business
  • deciding what they would want to do when they quit their 9-5
  • bettering communication with their partners
  • creating schedules with more flow and less stress
  • filling their coaching rosters
  • creating courses
  • creating frameworks
  • creating their own goal setting getaway

The possibilities are endless. Reply to this email if you are looking for support.

Hey Reader, This morning at run club I was telling a lovely person I just met about how Jon quit his job, and we moved to NYC (because everywhere we go people ask why we moved here, and we always just say 'for LIFE!') and she was very moved with an 'I wish that I could do that!' And the truth is, we ALL can do it. The golden handcuffs are just another one of society's rules - a rule about your corporate job being the thing that is keeping you safe. But, my thought is that - that is ONE way to...

Hey Reader, Now that we are back and recovered from my vulnerability hangover, we are picking up on the last two lessons on the list! But before that - how the hell are YOU!? I am in LOVE with fall. I can't tell you how happy I am for cooler temperatures. All of my New York City dreams are finally coming true! (now that I'm not a sweaty little soup dumpling just trying to survive the humidity I can DO things and appreciate them!) This weekend we are going to go upstate for the first time and...
