Book Update for my OGs! Hear Chapter 1!!!!!

We've got an exciting book update for you, Reader.

First of all, thanks for being an OG! It means so much to know that you are excited and supporting this book! Like really truly!

And I think the closer I get to it becoming real, the MORE thankful I feel (which I didn't even think was possible!)

So - the UPDATE:

I’m about to do something I’ve never done before!

πŸ₯πŸ₯πŸ₯

I’m reading the first chapter of my book - out loud - TO THE PUBLIC. (Which yes, means you, you are my public!)

I’ve poured so much of my heart and life (literally it’s based on my life experience) and thought into this book - and now - ya'll get to hear some of them! Which I know you have been waiting for!

Am I nervous? Yep.
Am I excited? HECK YES!

Put Monday, September 29th, 7pm-ish eastern in your calendar (color coded with your fun bookish activity color!) to SAVE THE DATE! I'm not sure what time I will be going on stage, but I will keep you updated.

Then head to my Substack to make sure your subscribed because that’s where the live will be! CLICK HERE.

Get ready to grab a glass of wine, cozy on up on your couch and tune in!

I’m so thankful for all of your excitement and support for this book, and I can’t wait to share it with you!

Cheers,
Kayla

p.s. **make sure you have a paid subscription, access to lives is not part of the free tiers** CLICK HERE.

p.p.s - Every person who subscribes to watch the live is like the feeling of someone backing my project.

I know to you, paying for a $9 subscription to the live stream might feel like just a daily coffee.

but to me that nine dollars symbolizes how much you have my back.
How much you are invested in this project.
How much you want to see this book become real life

Every nine dollar subscription paid so that you can hear a part of my book is like 9 million times on cloud nine.

Knowing that you believe in this and that you’re invested in this and that you believe that it’s going to BE GOOD!

and that you wanna make it happen too!

It’s so meaningful and I really truly couldn’t be more thankful.

I don't know that I have had anything saved, shared, and asked for as much as Jon and I's couples goal setting process has been recently. So today πŸͺ„ your wish is my command! Instead of a regular newsletter describing our process, I've made you a downloadable worksheet so that you can go through it with your partner. (I thought about making it printable with lines - but in reality, do people print things anymore? You can use it with paper/journal/google doc - however your brain likes to do...

Hey Reader, This morning at run club I was telling a lovely person I just met about how Jon quit his job, and we moved to NYC (because everywhere we go people ask why we moved here, and we always just say 'for LIFE!') and she was very moved with an 'I wish that I could do that!' And the truth is, we ALL can do it. The golden handcuffs are just another one of society's rules - a rule about your corporate job being the thing that is keeping you safe. But, my thought is that - that is ONE way to...

Hey Reader, Now that we are back and recovered from my vulnerability hangover, we are picking up on the last two lessons on the list! But before that - how the hell are YOU!? I am in LOVE with fall. I can't tell you how happy I am for cooler temperatures. All of my New York City dreams are finally coming true! (now that I'm not a sweaty little soup dumpling just trying to survive the humidity I can DO things and appreciate them!) This weekend we are going to go upstate for the first time and...
